Tourist attractions

It has the Nuevo León Parks and Wildlife Trust. The attraction of the municipality is the El Cuchillo Dam, as well as the lighthouse of the dam and recreation pools, such as Las Lajas.

It also has the El Cuchillo Dam, which is considered the largest dam for human consumption in Latin America. It also has the La Ceja dam and the Las Lajas dam that is used for agricultural irrigation.

Historical Monuments

The center of the municipal seat is designed in accordance with the urban rules of the colonial era: a main square with the name of "Benito Juárez", to the north the new (1985) and old (1838) Temples, to the east the municipal palace, built in the 19th century and remodeled in 1945.
